Tradition in guitar styling is an important factor, that is a given, but when you want to step out from behind the curtain and stand center stage with your look as well as your tone, Atom is your Family.
All new in many extraordinary
ways, Atom can be clearly recognized by its gorgeously unique, single cut-away
body silhouette, top-mounted bridge & tilt-back neck-to-body angle, which defines this utterly earthshaking
instrument as a revolutionary Anderson guitar.
Mahogany construction, and
24 3/4-inch scale-length make this a completely different Anderson—that
is still very familiar.
A fast-flipping 5-Way switching system with two knob control setup and push/pull function facilitates almost immediate access to a huge variety of tonal variations.
- Atom - Upon it's mahogany foundation resides a breathtaking flame or quilted maple, walnut or koa top—defining Atom's flat-top body as a thing of profound beauty. Two or three pickups (all M & H-series) are available to alight your auditory senses with tremendous variety and versatility. A supreme Atom flat-top bonus is the availability of an optional Anderson-modified Bigsby tremolo—which you can practically use as a diving board and still play in tune. Yes, you can cover almost any and all musical meccas in effortless ease on an Atom. (Tom's personal favorite).
- Atom Special - All the enlivening aspects of our impressive Atom but with the specialness of an all-mahogany body for a thumping good time—midrange thumping good, that is.
- Atom CT - Atom in it's carved-top incarnation. An artistically sculpted flame maple top defines Atom CT's refinement and dominate character. Lightweight top-mounted Tune-o-matic type bridge with twin H-series pickup layout sticks with a somewhat traditional arrangement—Anderson style. Control is accomplished via Atom's 5-Way, two knob with push/pull, promoting quick-flicking full dominion over everything you have to say or play.
